Can you please share your 11/12 month old's schedule

I'm sorry to be posting again about DS's schedule but I feel so confused. He's waking up later, going to bed MUCH later. Does this sound right to you?

8ish - wakeup
9ish - breakfast 8oz milk bottle
11ish - nap (1-2hours)
1ish - lunch 8oz milk bottle
snacks and water
4ish - nap (1 hour)
6ish - dinner
8:30 - bath, 4-5oz milk bottle bed

I'm starting to switch to sippys tomorrow. Just bc I put him in bed at 9, he's still not falling asleep until 9:30-10pm. WDYT?

ETA: I tried to search for past posts bc I'm sure this has been asked a million times but NOTHING at all came up Chat Icon

Hey! I think once he drops that afternoon nap, you'll find he will want to go to sleep earlier. DS went to one nap, and now goes down earlier for the night.

Thanks! For the past few months his naps were around 9am and 1pm and going to bed at 6:30. This new schedule he has now is just what I'm noticing this past week, it just changed out of nowhere. I think he's starting to transition to that 1 nap but he's confused himself Chat Icon

If you want him to go to bed earlier I would start your day out an hour earlier. Wake him at 7 and do everything about an hour earlier. I wouldn't nap him later then 3. Chat Icon
