Can you please tell me how you started introducing whole milk ??/
My DD is going to be 1 in 2 weeks can you tell me how you started giving youre little one whole milk ??
Did you mix Formula with the Whole Milk ?
For how long ?

I was BF, but I started my giving her a little in her bottle by itself- just to make sure she didn't have a reaction. She took to it perfectly so I just started subsituting some her feedings with whole milk instead of BM.

I mixed the formula with the milk, increasing the milk and reducing the formula by an ounce or so for approximately every other feeding. As long as you don't see any reactions then you should be completely on milk in a day or two.

I didn't mix with the formula, I just switched his morning bottle to all milk, then the next day the mid day bottle all milk then the night bottle, no problems

I just started this myself. They are almost 1. I just started giving them their morning bottle with milk for this week and then next week i will move it to two bottles out of their three a day and then the following week three. I actually am trying to use up my remaining formula and then go totally to milk. I have had no issues and they seem to like it as much as formula.

Well I EBF for 11 months, but Julia had no problems taking reg milk in a sippy cup, I didn't have to mix it with anything. My Doctor said that was fine.

I started 2 weeks before 2 was one and I just did it cold turkey. He took to it right away.

We started it just before they turned 11 months, mixing an ounce of whole milk in with their formual, gradually increasing the milk every day.
