Can you prefill the powdered formula with water and leave it in the
fridge until dc is ready for it? Or does it have to be made right before giving it to dc?

Yes you can premake a bottle, put it in the fridge and give when you need it.
I think that is what you meant

Yep- It's good for 24 hours after you make it as long as it's refrigerated!
