Can you recommend a good storage place in Nassau County?
We are looking to put a lot of our stuff in storage while we house hunt. Any highly recommended places that are clean and reputable?
Planning to store most of our furniture, a lot of things we don't use, etc. Not sure how much space we'll need but looking into options.

We used Westy's in Farmingdale right on Rte. 110. LOVED it!! We stored the ENTIRE contents of our apt. until we were done renovating our house. They are SUPER clean, nice size units, and very affordable. Good security as well. It's an indoor storage place with A/C, elevators, and carts to help get your stuff in and out. I highly recommend them!

It's been a while so don't quote me on this but I want to say maybe $150/month. Possibly less. I'm really not 100% sure. We did have a bigger unit though because we had to store absolutely everything we owned. I know they had units (small ones) as little as $50/month. I think we had a month free as well. That was nice.

I also used Westy about for a few years until about three years ago. I used the one in Lake Success. It was very clean and secure. Our rent did not go up in all the years we had the unit. I don't recall how much we paid, but it was less than 100.00 per month. It was a smaller unit, though, not a real large one. If I ever need storage again, I'd use them again.
