Can you recommend your car seat pls
the convertible. The one I like is so expensive, but I love how it has the side head panels.

Re: Can you recommend your car seat pls
We just go ours yesterday from BRU and we were limited b/c most convertible seats don't fit in our Jeep Commander. Luckily, they allowed us to take the carseat that we picked out to the truck to make sure it fits. So, we ended up with the Evenflo Symphony. We only got it yesterday but so far DS seems comfortable in it and it is easy to use. I also looked it up online and it got great reviews. And, my SIL has the same seat for my nephew and she said she likes it as well. It was priced at $160 I believe.

Re: Can you recommend your car seat pls
Evenflo Triumph Advance LX It has great reviews online and in baby bargains. I love the seat, but it doesn't fit well in my car (Mazda 6). We use it in DH's car (Jeep Liberty). If you can fit this seat I would 100% recommend it. It has the large side panels and a knob to adjust the straps. So much better than the car seat I have in my car (Alpha Omega Elite - would not recommend) and its under $150.

Re: Can you recommend your car seat pls
Mine is expensive so prob won't help but I would swear by Britax with the ease of getting it in and out of cars and turning it around... I had the Britax Boulevard. I got it since at the time it had one of the highest weight limits so I figured if I was going to spend a lot I didn't want him to grow out of it anytime soon! he used it from about 6 months until almost 3. He he actually can keep using it but I got the Britax high back booster that converts to a regular booster (the Frontier) since we are thinking of having another and I would want the baby in the Boulevard. I know they are expensive but really for us it was worth the $$ in the end as never had to change seats. Good luck with your search. My major advice is check weight limits vs expense because even if you spend less now and have to change it may cost you more in the end.

I got the Britax Boulevard as well -- I'm very happy with it and I used the 20% coupon at BBB --- it was in the mid 200 range.

I love my Recaro and know several others who have it and love theirs as well. You can use one of the 20% off coupons on it too.

Re: Can you recommend your car seat pls
it's VERY dependent upon what car you have.
we have a mids-zed sedan (prius) and a compact (Scion xA)
We have 2 maxi cosi prioris and love them. they have a smaller profile than most carseats, look very nice, and are very comfortable. DS never complains whne he has to go in the car.....

Britax Boulevard. If you are going to spend money on any item, the car seat is a good choice. It is for the safety of your child.

Re: Can you recommend your car seat pls
Thanks girls! The one we put on is the Britax Boulevard. I heard such great reviews and when I went to BBB DH and I were very impressed. It's priced for $309, but I am going to keep it. Seems like a bunch of you are very happy with it! Thank you!

Re: Can you recommend your car seat pls
We had two Boulevards in the back seat of our PT Cruiser with no problems. DS turned 6 last month, so we finally switched him to a plain booster. 5+ years with a seat, and no problems is pretty good in my book, and well worth the money...
DD is 3, and will also be in her Boulevard until age 6.
