It was from Macy's. Dillards.com also had the same dress, just different colors. I *think* it was made by Rare Editions, although I'm not positive.
Isn't it amazing how fast their hair grows!!
YES!!!!  It is crazy-- that was only 6 months ago and her hair is ridiculously long now Emma's too!

She had two outfits...the first one is the dress.
The second one was her tutu outfit...I loved it. Don't mind the pic though...DD was super cranky even though she has a smile on her face
