I have been doing either an egg-white omelet, a smoothie, oatmeal, yogurt, kashi cereal, a piece of fruiit and 1-pt babybell cheese, or a 1-pt english muffin and piece of fruit, or i'll put the english muff with the smoothie or omelet if i am extra hungry...

Eggbeaters are really easy, you just measure out your portion. 1 serving is 30 calories. I usually have 2 and also make a slice of canadian bacon for 15 calories.
