can you switch formula or is it not recomended

i have sooo many free samples of enfamil plus TONS of coupns for it too.We have been using similac and i am almost done with my free samples of that.I had coupns for that too and used them.I am wondering when i am done with all my coupons and free samples of one formula can i switch?

I am mainly breastfeeding i only supplement with formula. I dont know if that makes a difference.

I don't think that it is a good idea with a younger baby. Once I found a formula that worked for us I stuck with it. However now that she is older I'd say 10 months and up I have used the sample cans that we still had and she was fine with it.

However a lot of younger babies have problems with gas and things like that so I'd just stick with what works for that reason until the yare older.

we asked our pedi the same question because we have lots of samples of Enfamil, while we use Similiac Advanced with no problem. The pedi said not to change anything at least for the first 6 months, then we can see about maybe interchanging.

I would say it is fine since you are mainly BF anyway. I gave Damien a bottle here and there in the beginning and used whatever samples I had and he was fine, until he refused the bottle that isChat Icon I wouldn't suggest it for a baby that is mostly FF, KWIM.
