Canned Tomato sauce substitute
Recipe calls for 1 can 8oz of tomato sauce...I forgot to buy...I have diced tomatos or jarred pasta sauce in the house....I i used either?? and would the amount change?

Me, too, as long as it is jarred marinara or tomato and basil... Not a specialty sauce that may have different spices and flavorings in it.
