I believe Scott posts these to help people who are looking. He has posted several ads for houses in an effort to help people. I don't think he was doing anything that is rude or uncalled for.

Althogh I wouldn't call it uncalled for, I did see some similarties to my house. Post did make me feel a little jealous of bigger homes. But I'm happy where I am, what I paid, and while I didn't find the post extremely funny, it did make you realize that the housing market is a little absurd these days.

I agree the housing market is insane these days. But people ask the prices they do because they get them!!
All I am saying is that when you post you can hurt peoples feelings without realizing it.
Ren I am sure you home is beautiful and I ave know people with HUGE houses that are miserable. A house is a house, it is just s structure to keep us warm and dry but a home is MADE!

Just because you already own a house... that doesn't mean you can't look at other properties for sale?
Its called JUDGING THE CURRENT HOUSING MARKET. Its something that every homeowner should be aware of.

I have owned a home for over a year and have, and will continue to look at MLS. I enjoy looking at the houses Scott posts. I honestly never took it as making fun of them- it is just really interesting to see what's out there and what people are asking.

I am posting houses for people that are looking, people that want to be shocked, or people that just want to see whats out there.
I didnt mean to insult you or anyone that clicks on my posts.
I will make sure that I only posts houses that I think people would be interested in, from now on...Not houses that are totally over priced..................................

what is so rude and nasty about this thread? scott is posting houses in hopes that those looking will find something that fits their needs and budget.
