If you already bought a house why are you still looking....just to make fun of people?? I think that is just rude and nasty and un called for!
I think it is great that he post also, but when you make fun of something are you really being helpful to someone that was possibly looking at that property???
please show me where Scott makes fun of this house or any house, I think I missed something here.
Fact: The house is small
Fact: The house is on a busy commercial road
Fact: The price is high
ETA: I bought my house 4 years ago, I still search online for homes and look at the real estate section in the paper. Some people, like myself like to keep informed of the market to see where the single biggest investment of my life ranks in the RE world.

I still think people need to grow some thicker skin. I can't believe somebody can get that offended cause someone talked bad about a freakin' house that the person doesn't even OWN! 
Its not like they are talking about their momma or something like that. 
Are people not allowed to say why they feel the house isn't worth the money?
Lets just live in a world full of rainbows and unicorns then... and we will never say anything bad about anything.... ever.

I just dont get the point as to why she needed to complain about my posts. Usually I just post houses and if they are too expensive or not that much money, and people find something funny about them then they will post that. I guess she isnt too familiar with the house board. Yes we are all looking to find useful information to use in our own home searches or for after we buy, but that doesnt mean that we cannot still have fun. Some people take the internet way too serious

We just bought and I still look at MLS to see the other properties on the market....
same here i have always had an interest in looking at other people's homes.

I agree there was nothing rude at all in Scott's post. I closed in January and still look at MLS and read the real estate section to keep up on the market. I enjoy Scott's posts and he has helped many with buying a house.

You know what. Everyone who feels the need to jump on someone elses bandwagon and state the same thing back to back are the idiots. Evansmom has the right to be offended if she wants and post whatever the hell she feels like. If Scott wants to post houses that is his business too, but get a f**king life and move on. It doesn't take a hundred people to stick up for one post.

I just have to laugh at this queen person because. she picks the losing battles. why be soo negative about posts that are doing nuttin but helping people isnt that what this sight is about. It is also great that she deleted her posts but she was already quoted if you dont want people to see what you say then maybe you shouldnt write it.

evansmom this is a website for posting opinions and information. scott is posting stuff that he thinks is over prices or doesnt think is a good buy its an opinion its great that dont agree but to make comments about how he has a house and its uncalled for is inappropriate. he is just showing that the value is not worth it considering its next to stores its an opinion. scott does post some good homes and makes suggestions as his choice,if your going to jump on peoples words go over to long island weddings home section instead. or dont post.
