Can't believe what I just saw!!
Holy COW! They said on the news that the naked pictures of Nick Lachey and Vanessa have come out and almost immediately a friend of mine sent me a link via email to the pics...
Now, these are just some of the pics that I saw but WOW   Part of me feels bad because although they were naked (and having sex) it wasn't in the "public" jacuzzi-- it was in the jacuzzi that was attached to their hotel room and the photog broke laws in order to get the pics...
But then at the same time I think to myself "what were you two thinking?! how did you do that and NOT expect to get photographed and have it turn into this big scandel?!"
Thoughts? Feel bad for them or not? Was it an invasion of privacy or is it fair game? Discuss.

I think it is an invasion of their privacy. I read somewhere that Nick stated he did nothing wrong- it was his one year anniversary with his girlfriend and they were having a good time- it was their private moment and the paparrazzi were completely wrong in this situation

I think when you are a public figure, you should expect things like this.
However, it is a total invasion of privacy. I saw some of the pictures, and I don't feel bad for either one of them. Shoot, lucky her.

They said that these are just SOME of them-- that some of them are so "racy" that they can't be put into print That "several" different positions were used... notice the "leg up" pic and the one from "behind"

I agree.
It is definitely an invasion of privacy but they also need to consider the fact that he is a celebirty and that they are two people who are often in the spotlight due to that celebrity status.
They need to be mindful of what they do and where they do it.

I had no idea-- I was on vaca last week myself, although clearly not having as much fun as Nick... Are there new ones? All I know is that DH was just watching Fox News (it was Live) and Bill O said that there are brand new ones that are REALLY racy and his lawyers are fighting to get them "under wraps" but then Bill said they are on websites and out there. 
Anyone know?
