Capital One Bank Fraud- CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNTS
CLOSE YOUR CAPITAL ONE ACCOUNTS!! God forbid you ever have a problem they have NO BANK MANAGERS!! Everything is online or over the phone and the reps have NO AUTHORITY to help you! They will deny your claims even if it is their fault.
They sent my online check to the wrong routing number (they automatically assigned it via bill pay) and they are telling me there is no way to trace the funds and I am SOL.
Does anyone have any recommendations for an attorney that handles things like this? I have a police report and have filed a complaint with the DA.

https://www.usa.gov/complaints-lender I experienced the exact same thing with Bank of America. If you follow the steps above they will have to reply and comply. I am so sorry you experienced this too.
