CAR SEATS / STROLLERS
What did everyone register for?
I saw the stoller and the car seat that go together and then the 3 in 1 convertible. What is better? We attempted registering tofday but it was very overwhelming.
HELP!

we registered for the Graco Snugride seat with the Snap-N-Go for the beginning, and then another stroller for later on.

Me too. I also registered for a Britax Marathon car seat for when the baby outgrows the snugride.

i registered and recieved the Graco infant car seat in Devon and i also got the britax roundabout carseat both came off my registry!! i was so happy

I registered for and got 3 car seats  
the peg perego Primo Viaggio SIP, the britax marathon, and the britax roundabout. with the convertible car seats i didnt want to have to keep moving them btwn my car and DH's that is why i chose two.
as far as strollers i got the Peg Perego Uno and the Maclaren Quest.
I recommend the book Baby Bargains. It definitely helped me with registering!!!

Ok, I think someone should go into registry consulting as a business!!!
It really depends on what your lifestyle is like.
I don't do a lot of walking so a stroller with the bassinet feature would be a waste (even thou I liked them).
I got an Infant Carrier car seat (not a convertible) (Baby Trend Latch Lock) and the Snap-N-Go stroller to use until she grows out of the infant seat.
At that point I will switch to the convertible forward facing car seat I registered for (Britax Roundabout) and I registered for the Peg Perego Pliko 3 stroller.
If I want I can use the infant carrier w/ the full size stroller also.
I was also considering the Per Perego infant carrier car seat.
I did a lot of research so feel free to FM me if you have questions.

This was such a struggle for DH and I. We spent hours in the store and this is what we finally decided on:
graco snug ride - infant car seat - with an extra base for DH's car (emmerson)
snap and go (I think it's actually called the snug rider)
graco metrolite stroller (emmerson)
britex roundabout for when she gets older (we decided to be bold and put 2 on the registry so we wouldn't have to keep switching from car to car - we actually ended up getting both!)

This is my plan too. I will also register for an extra base for the Snugride and either the Britax Roundabout or Marathon carseat for when the baby gets bigger.

We registered for the Graco snugride carseat w/ extra base, the snap & go frame, a Graco metrolite stroller, and two convertible car seats (can't remember which one at the moment). We'll see what gets purchased off the registry when shower time rolls around.
