I am actually listed on Care.com for in-home childcare services. Both of the families that used me to watch their children found me on Care.com. I think it's a nice site for both parents to find caretakers and caretakers to find jobs.  Not sure where you're located but I am available if you're looking for someone to watch your LO. FM me in you'd like.
