Re: carpal tunnel after giving birth
I had carpal tunnel almost ALL of my pregnancy. I have a lot of swelling in my hands and I had to wear wrist guards every night for most of the pregnancy. My hand would go numb ALL the time and my wrists ached all the time.
As SOON as my water broke... and I'm not joking... it all went away. I had no pain, no more swelling and put those UGLY wrist guards away!!
But everyone is different.

I did accupuncture all throughout the last trimester too and it was really helping. I was SO thankful it disappeared so quickly, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to hold DD!

Re: carpal tunnel after giving birth
My right wrist hurts when I move my thumb a certain way. I dont think its swollen or numb but I am hoping it goes away after birth.
