Wow he got snippy with the prosecutor about Baez texting. Baez should be paying attention and not texting. Casey is probably texting him from the table 
 she probably is!! and I think the judge should care what he is doing...

well he's either not taking his job seriously (doing personal things on work time) or not capable of doing his job (needs whoever is on the other side to help him). Either way its disrespectful and wrong!!

I was just rewatching the first days opening statements... and the prosecution said we'd be hearing from jesse grund. We never got to hear from her ex fiance, i wonder what happened...

Who would hire him after this? He is such a jerk. I would not want my life in his hands.
Fame will be short lived, when she gets convicted and goes for a new trial due to incompetent attorney.

I'm sure the jury will get confused and/or frustrated with this taphonomy/decaying science. Baez needs to give it context if he wants to use this, its not really working right now.

Kind of ironic that he's talking about fly's taking care of their offspring and giving them food to eat....the food being a human decaying

That's because this is the way cross examination is SUPPOSED to be done (if you're a good trial attorney)
