o.k. all this aside, ok, its a accident or not a accident whatever, where r the questions what happened? who touched the body? who dumped it? did she get knocked out or drowned? we r never going to know a damn thing. This all came down to the prosecution of George Anthony he is on trial that is it..In the end its probably like Georges and Cindys whole life where they take the fall for Casey because they allowed it earlier on.

ok wait this is just really to drive home the part it was a accident?? shes still guilty no matter what and no questions were answered, this is ridiculous. I mean do they think it will b like it was a accident n she gets off? she will in actuality never be put to death anyhow.
Do u think..George being a EX law enforcement officer purposely denied the affair so Casey does not get death yet hes no implicating himself when he didn't do anything or too far fetched?

I never realized how much knowledge and research Judges must have and do. I guess watching The People's Court skewed my perception of judges LOL

to respond to some of the things I read above

-an accident is quite different than planned murder

-yes, I have so much more respect for judges after watching this and doing my law research! These "real" judges who are highly educated, professional, and respected have a tough, tough job and really need to be dedicated and on top of themselves. They are held highly accountable and have a huge weight on their shoulders and have to deal with smart @$$ lawyers like baez! Perry is not judge judy or anyone else... that's for sure!
