I don't like cash bars either. With that being said, isn't it usually Champagne punch or something like that?

my honest opinion? not a fan of cash bars for any occasion...
but if that is what you want to do and that is what you can afford i don't see why people would judge you..

I don't think it's tacky. If the place i was having mine did not include champagne punch, beer, wine and soda already in the price, i don't think i would have paid extra for alcohol. It depends on what you want and ho yo feel about it.
