UPDATE:
Still cramping, AF, etc. (I'll save you the gory details). From 64 on Wednesday my beta is up to 219. And of course the nurse goes on to tell me that I should really not celebrate yet...to just "hang in there." So I'm "hanging." I dont know where my numbers should be, I dont know when I should call relatives, I dont know what to feel. I guess my original post still stands..."cautiously optimistic?" Everyone's well wishes and prayers are so appreciated and mean so much. Each time the numbers go up I get a little more optimistic and DH is so hard for us....keep up those prayers everyone...apparently someone is listening!!! Uh oh...i was starting to get excited there for a second...
 So far so good!!

When do you go back in again?
I know from experience that the waiting game is the worst  I have a good feeling that your waiting game results are going to be good ones though.  Allow yourself to get excited, but cautiously excited. You owe that to yourself- otherwise it's that much harder to get through the day.

Cramping is good...you want the cramping...but not really horrible cramping, just like period cramping...because that means your uterus is expanding. I'm telling you, I think you're doing good, but who am I? Just hang on...don't give up hope. My last miscarriage my numbers were so much lower and slower rising. Your numbers aren't slowly rising, they're rising well.
And remember, they won't see anything on sono until your beta reaches at least 1000.

I'm praying so hard for you! Those numbers do sound promising! Hang in there!
BTW, before my BFP and even after, I had lots and lots of cramping and it was definitely my uterus stretching. That's definitely what you could be feeling!!
