CBEFM Testing Sticks Question...

So, I just finished POAS for the month. I have 10 sticks left over from last month's pack and 10 left over from this month's. I know the directions say not to mix testing sticks, but do you think that is true or it's just a marketing scam?

WWYD? Use existing remaining sticks or buy another box?

TIA!

Re: CBEFM Testing Sticks Question...

I bought a box of 30 and am just using the box for three months and then using another one. I think if you have 10 left from one box that should be fine to use.

This month I have gotten from CD8- CD15 High Fertility and no PeakChat Icon

Re: CBEFM Testing Sticks Question...

Do you kind of know your cycles yet on there?

I'd always get another box and use the "old" test sticks for the first few days when I knew I wasn't going to be getting a high. Then I'd switch to the new box so that I could use those during the "important" times (high/peak, etc).

I don't think it's just a scam... I honestly think it's because each box of tests comes from a certain batch and they are more likely to have the same sensitivity to the hormones.. KWIM?

Both months required 20 of the 30 sticks. The first month my peak days were CD 23 & 24, this month it was CD 21&22 so it's close. Hopefully I won't have to use it next month Chat Icon but if so, I guess I'll just suck it up and buy another box! I wish they sold them in boxes of either 10 or 50! Chat Icon
