Does NY have the 30 days return policy on Cell Phones and cancel the account....

With AT&T, I know you can return a phone within 30 days with a 10% restocking fee.
I am not sure about getting out of the contract unless you pay the early termination fee.

I think pretty much every company allows you to return the phone and you only pay for the service you used.
Most companies will also take back the cellphone for a full refund.
However AT&T has a strict 10% restocking fee on iPhone purchases.
