mine is on vibrate at all times and it gets annoying when some people let theres ring.. i want to go over and answer it!

I keep my ringer on but it is a work phone and in my industry we heavily rely on them. However, it does get very annoying when someone walks away from their desk for an hour or more and their voice mail keeps going off. It's understood in my office that when it happens, we go over and silence the voice mail. Then we tell the person when they return. We all have work phones.

I have a cell for work, but when I am in the office I still put it on vibrate. I hate hearing cell phones going off all the time, its annoying when I am on the phone.

My ringer is on, but I'm in my own office. If I leave my office to go on a call or to a meeting I don't take it with me.

I leave mine on ring in the office but I lower the volume a tad...

When I had my own office, I had the ringer on, but now that I'm in a cubicle, I put it on vibrate, out of respect for my co-workers

Vibrate! I HATE hearing people's phone ring at work. Even if it's coming from their own office. I don't even like to see people talking on their cell at their desk.

Vibrate all the time.
In my office there is a girl here who leaves her ringer on loud and she's very religious..so you hear gospel music all the time when her phone rings and it scares me...LOL! I don't know if I mind that people leave their ringers on, but at least keep it low.

My phone is on vibrate.
Actually our company policy is to keep our phone's on vibrate especially because we are a call center and are always on the regular phone. Our bosses really dont mind if our phones ring at our desk, they just dont want us having long conversations. If your phone rings and you're not on your regular phone just be discreat and if you have to leave your desk just let someone know you're stepping away. Our bosses are really great.
