Chair Rail and colors? POLL

Which combo do you like better...
The color I picked is a blueish, green. We will have Crown and Floor Moulding and a chair rail. All moulding will be a creamy white.
I can't decide where to put which color.

what room is this for?

i prefer to use a chair rail to separate colors (2 diff or the same). not sure how white would look with the creamy chair rail color. either opt for all creamy white (chair rail and either top or bottom wall) or one wall color and chair rail and moldings in the creamy white.
