Changing certification over to married name? HELP!!!!

Changing certification over to married name? HELP!!!!
OK - I've been married almost 2 years and have not changed it over 
They want me to do it with my new job, so I went onto TEACH, applied for a duplicate certificate.
For amount, it came up .00, and then when I hit reply - it said this:
Dear ____
We have received your application for the following certificate(s) :
Before we can review your request for certificate(s) we must receive your payment.
Before we can issue a certificate you must meet all requirement for that certificate. A requirement will be checked off (), if our records indicate you have met it.
Please address any correspondence to the address shown below:

When I did it last year, it didnt cost me anything to have my name changed on file....you do need to pay to get another actual certificate reprinted with your name though

but why didn't it say it when I applied on TEACH?

I believe you will need to mail a copy of your marriage license to the state ed department to have the name change officially completed.
I also never had a new copy printed...i told my new district that it was officially changed through state ed, but I only had the original and they didn't care since the number is the same...

Yes~ you have to send a copy of the license and then if you want o get a new certificate with your new married name you have to mail them 35 bucks (i think thats how much it is)
