I know we really can't tell just based on today, but I'm just over it already.
My mindset has shifted onto Thursday, RE appointment and next month.
I was just saying in an FM that I think I'm going to quit temping after this month and ask if I can just use my CBEFM or bloodwork for monitoring. Temping has just gotten too stressful for me. I keep waking up and checking the clock, forcing myself to go back to sleep, temping too early, etc. It's too much...

i know how you feel tenfold and i'll be honest...it has its' good points and it's bad points.
You know i haven't been temping this month...but i'm also 100% in the dark about when i o'd - so i have no idea how many DPO i am - or how long my LP is this month. I only know my CYCLE day...which is rough....
HOWEVER, it is freeing - it kinda makes you feel like less of a, i wanna say 'control freak', but that's not right, but i don't know how else to put it to make sense... it kinda gives you a freedom of 'not knowing'...but that comes with a price...
Focus on the RE - start making your list of ???? now... Print out your charts and bring them with you (my doc appreciated seeing them - or so he said)...

Is there a list of questions anywhere? I don't even know what to ask.

I know how you feel. While I'm temping this month, I've been really lax about it - didn't temp throughout my AF, been taking it whenever I wake up (usually within 30minutes of my usually waking time, so I haven't bothered to correct any temps, etc. I have to say, I was really surprised at how easy it was for me to kind of 'give up' temping. I'm using OPK's too, so I've been using both as a sort of guide to figure out when I o'd (yesterday in fact) and I don't at all feel like a slave to my thermometer. I would say give it a miss for a month if you want, or just do it when you feel like it. Good luck.
PS - it's not over yet!

Re: Charters - come on in! *New update 9/29
Hon, I'm sorry about today's temp. I really am. Here's my thinking...with temping, my doc liked my charts when I brought them, but mainly as a confirmation of ovulation. It made me realize that if I already know when I'm ovulating, do I really need to temp the week of AF or the weeks after O? NO, I don't. Because I'm like you...I sit and stare at my chart after O, analyzing the temps, guessing what they could mean. And ultimately, that gets me nowhere. So I think this cycle I'm going to temp around O time just to confirm and then give it up during the 2WW. I'm hoping it makes me less stressed. I wish you tons of for this cycle. I am so hard that you get your BFP soon!!

Re: Charters - come on in! *New update 9/30
*Update: 9/30
Similar situation today.
I woke up at 4:40 and tested: 98.03, then went back to sleep and tested again at 5:30: 98.34.
I put in the 98.34 since it's closer to my normal time and I just really went back to sleep after the first temp. I don't really trust today's temp though, so I'm not getting my hopes up!
ETA: Changed the time to the other temp... 98.03 at 4:40. Definitely doesn't look as good now!

Re: Charters - come on in! *New update 9/30
Your temps are still way above your coverline - even if you used the earlier temp. You know individual temps don't mean much - you're looking for a pattern - and you're definitely biphasic. Take care and try not to worry about it too much (I'm kind of snorting to myself as I'm writing this - thinking our situations will totally be reversed in 10 days!)!

I'm still staying hopeful for you!! You have 3 or 4 more days until you're going to test right? I don't know if I can wait! If I can't get a BFP this cycle, then I hope it's you!

Re: Charters - come on in! *New update 9/30
I'm testing tomorrow
Our RE appointment is on Thursday so of course I'm hoping I can cancel (even though it's not looking good!) But we'll see!
If it's BFN, I'm okay with that. At least we will see the RE and hopefully be on our way to BFP!
