Whaaaat!!!! Completely unprofessional!!! I actually had a similiar experience on Etsy, the vendor kept telling me her life was so busy.... she so stressed...well my order was for a winter knit hat for DS placed in Nov....come April still no hat....so I had it and asked for a refund. still pszzed she held my $$ for that long.
