cheerios
my son just started cheerios and is doing fine with them. My question is: how much is too much. He will eat as many as I give him (he loved his puffs too). He is slightly "under"weight (90% height and 75% weight), but I want to make sure that I instill good eating habits. I know grazing is good, but what is grazing and what is munching? Does that make sense?
TIA

Re: cheerios
If he is feeding himself, I don't think there is a too much. He'll self regulate.

I agree. He'll know when to stop. As long as he's not eating cheerios in lieu of BM/formula and "real" food, then he's just enjoying his new found treat.

Re: cheerios
I agree if he is feeding himself you are fine. Connor loves cheerios and puffs and now I just put a bunch out and he eats at will.

Re: cheerios
he is feeding himself, but I feel like he could eat them as long as I put them out.
thanks for the advice, I guess I will just monitor his food intake (which seems to have recently increased)
