Oh Donna- this the last thing I would wish on anyone but especially you! I know there are no words but I am sorry, so sorry about your loss. My prayers and thoughts are with you right now.

Definately find a doctor who is compassionate. This is difficult enough without having to sit with a doctor who seems like he could care less and that this happens every day.

Very well said! Dr. Rosenfeld was recommended by a friend who had years of infertility problems and he got her PG on the first shot. I really need a doctor who talks to me like a person, not a patient. If I'm not comfortable with a doctor, I really don't want to continue with them. I did see him more than once to be monitored with the hopes of him redeeming himself in our eyes (DH didn't like him much either). I figured on the first shot maybe he was having a bad day. But he was very cold even on the second visit.

Kara, Donna (dm24angel) also saw Dr. Rosenfeld for her HSG and had a quick visit. Has anyone else here seen him and liked him?

sorry for what your going through.. I used Dr. Rosenfeld and had a M/C with him and I remember him hugging me and being extremely compasionate, it was the first time I ever saw him like that. The rest of my time with him he was a bit like a machine but my thoughts were... I didnt really care about his bedside manner becuase He is one of the best and he was going to get my pregnant.
GOOD re's are hard to come by.. unlike general preactice doctors..so I let his bedside manner not get to me.
My M/c was the first I had seen a very different and likable side to him.
But this was just how I felt, not everyone is going to feel the same way.
He talked like a machine but also gets woman pregnant like a machine.. that was good enough for me.

I def think you should be comfortable and if its not with him, you'll find someone else..
Again, sorry for your bad experience and loss..
