Chemical pregnancy?
I got my BFP very early (5 days before AF.) For 5 days I had VERY faint BFPs, not getting any darker, some even getting lighter. The day AF was due, a digital said not pregnant. Today (day after AF was due, I have very regular cycles) I started bleeding. I've been cramping on and off for all 5 days, but more so yesterday and today. The bleeding started at 10am and has been fairly consistent, red, but not HEAVY. Definitely more than spotting, sometimes just when I wipe but there has been some blood on a pad, and a couple VERY small clots in the toilet. I'm assuming this is AF starting late and I am having a chemical...but should the bleeding be heavier? I'm confused, sad, don't know what to expect. The dr's office basically said go to ER if bleeding or cramping get severe, otherwise I can come in Monday for a blood test.

Re: Chemical pregnancy?
That sounds like a chemical. Since you were so early on, it should be a relatively normal period.

Chemical pregnancy?
that is how my ectopic happened. I got bfps on wondfos, but nothing on a digital. Then I started bleeding but not too heavy. I went in for bloodwork anyway, and the levels were in the 20s. From there, my dr had me come in every other day and noticed my levels were rising, then dropping, then rising again, which typically indicates an ectopic.
