Chicken Kabobs

I am making chicken kabobs tonight. Dumb ? but do I marinate the chicken or just put them on the skewer plain?

Just made this the other night. I marinate them in Robusto Italian (usually marinate overnight, sometimes it's just a few hours).

I usually marinate in italian dressing for at least a few hrs.

DOn't forge to soak the sticks if you use wood ones so they don't burn. I forget sometimes.

i always marinate mine... usually in lemon juice... and yes, use metal skewers or soak the wood ones. otherwise they burn up.

My favorite kabobs that now I make all the time - is marinating the chicken in a mix of greek yogurt, olive oil and dill. The longer the better - atleast a few hours if possible. So delicious.
