chicken wings

i'm looking for a chicken wings recipe: seasoning on the wings and sauce recipe

i'm also wondering how i can make them ahead of time

i season the wing with salt/pepper/and a little bit of cayenne pepper. Then i fried the wing (dutch oven with canola oil)...for the sauce i used a whole bottle of jack daniel's hot sauce, stick of butter, and a few dashes of tabasco. coat the wings, then you can pop them in the oven to reheat!
