Child Birth Ed Class at LIJ
Has anyone taken it?
DH and I are going tomorrow from 10-5PM and they ask you to bring two pillows and an exercise mat.
DH wanted me to find out why we need the pillows...are we on the floor the whole time?
If someone has done this before...please share your experience!!!

They do lamaze exercises on the floor for part of the time. Most of the time you'll be watching videos----the "exercises" are only for about an hour.
