I swear by the recipe on the back of the Hershey's cocoa container.
On a side note, I was making a recipe from Martha Stewart's website and the base recipe was the EXACT chocolate cake recipe from Hershey's. Even Martha Stewart loves it!

i never made this recipe - but i always substitute water for coffee in a chocolate cake
i have a recipe at home ill try to dig up tonight
