Congratulations!
I too used preseed the month I got my BFP!!!
Also, I didn't ovulate until CD 21.... what I do when they ask when my last menstural was, I say IDK but I know I ovulated on Oct 10. They calculate based on that date, which will be more accurate.
What you can do is take the O date, calculate 2 weeks prior... and that's the eqivelant to calculating based on LMP.
So for me... that would be Oct 10 as O day, Sept 26 as last menstral date. But in actuality I didn't get my period that day.. it was a full week prior. Does that make sense?
For anyone who doesn't ovulate on CD14 then calculating from LMP will be OFF!!! So you have to go by O instead (if you know it).
The problem is, I can't tell them I don't know when my LMP was because my doc had prescribed me provera the previous cycle and he would know exactly when I ended it and when I was due to get my period.
I definitely plan to tell them that I know when I ovulated, I just hope they listen. I had a different doc the last time I was pregnant and even though I kept telling them I had ovulated on like CD19-20 that time, they kept insisting on using my LMP for dating purposes. In that instance, 5 days didn't make a difference, but this time I ovulated much later in my cycle. I don't want them wanting me to come in when they think I should be 8 weeks and I'm really only 6, you know?

Re: Christmas came early this year...
Congrats! The doctor won't give you a DD until you are about 8 weeks along, and they get that based on the sonogram. When calling to make an appointment, maybe let them know you ovulated so late.
