Re: Christmas Eve Dinner
My family celebrates Christmas on Christmas Eve. We open up gifts at midnight.
Works out perfect since Anthony's family celebrates it Christmas Day.
Anyway, to answer your question, usually a turkey, ham, rice and beans, plaintains, ceviche (shrimp cocktail), etc... We're hispancic. But we also always have a pasta like stuffed shells or lasagna.

Re: Christmas Eve Dinner
I'm hosting Christmas Eve dinner. I'm making a deep fried turkey, baked ziti, meatballs and mashed potatoes for the turkey and some fried cauliflower. My SIL is bringing string bean casserole and my brother is making shrimp scampi that is the best.
I'm sure I'll be adding other stuff to the menu, that's just what I have in mind for right now.
