Re: CIO-Night two
Congratulations! We have not had to do CIO (yet!) but I know how tough it can be on everyone. I'm glad it's working and in the end you will have a happy, sleeping baby

Re: CIO-Night two
Donna~ I am speaking from experience here.... you KNOW the difficulties I've had with getting DD to sleep through the night. I started using the book "Healthy Sleep Habits..." as a guide and it WORKED. It required me to let DD CIO.
She CIO for 2 hours the first night. The second night was 1.5 hours. Within a few days we were down to about 45 minutes.
Now, 2 weeks or so in- and DD is FINALLY sleeping from 7pm to about 6-6:30 am.
I'm telling you this not to hijack, but rather to give you HOPE that it CAN be done.
You are doing a GREAT job and a wonderful thing by teaching Noah how to get good sleep.
