Circumcised - Adhesions?
DS is a chubby baby and he has a lot of extra skin so his penis looks like it's hiding. I had asked the pediatrician at 6 months about his penis and she said the extra skin was normal and he'd grow into it. Now, I noticed that he doesn't really have a defined rim. I was googling last night and I think it could be a full adhesion. He's almost 12 months now. Anyone have this happen? I read you can pull down the skin at ever diaper change/bath but will that work now? It looks pretty fused. I'm so stressed that he'll need to get re-circumcised

Re: Circumcised - Adhesions?
My DS1 had them. It wasn't a bad case, but we did end up taking him to a pediatric urologist (on rec from pedi) to have the adhesion taken care of (basically numbed and pulled back by the urologist). It was quick and easy and no pain for DS. There was no re-circumcision.

How old was your DS when you noticed and when you had it done?

Re: Circumcised - Adhesions?
I was noticing something like the the last night. We have his 6 month visit next week and I was going to ask. I have been so nervous about this cause my sister has issues with my nephew.
