City People -

We are going into the City tonight after work for "happy hour" - Anyone know a good place for singles (very late 20's, early to mid 30's age group) right near or pretty close to Penn Station?? We are going to be getting in around 6:20 and I will be with people who are trolling for some good men lol.

I am there for moral support as my trolling days are over. Chat Icon

Thanks!!! Chat Icon

Re: City People -

If there is a game on tonight of any kind, Stout on 33rd is a good place.

Re: City People -

My favorite is the Campbell Apartment, though it's near Grand Central.
And they'll be pleased with the selection of men.

Re: City People -

GingerMan and Stout have a good crowd. - I love Bryant Park though, ALWAYS packed with interesting people ..........

The Campbell Apartment is a bit on the snooty side. It's a great place, but a bit more 'I parked the porche I may or may not ACTUALLY be able to afford in a no parking zone' type of place

It's not the kind of place I'd bring the girls looking to just hang out and relax. You have to be prepared to be "on" at that place Chat Icon

It's true, but I when they were looking for "good" men, they might want rich men. Chat Icon Everyone from my company hung out there when I worked on Wall Street.

There's also Local West on 33rd and 8th. Right across the street from Penn they have a huge outdoor roof deck!

Re: City People -

omg girls thanks so much!!

now we don't know what to do lol!!

we'll try a combo - check out the places and do the most that we can.

then we can always go back -- as for bryant park: what day of the week do you think is best to troll there???

thursday, friday or saturday? i'm wondering which days get the most people.
