Cleaning wood floors
What do you use to clean your wood floors? Swiffer wet makes them look dingy...
TIA!

Re: Cleaning wood floors
Try boiling up some tea, then dip a cloth into tea pot, and then ring out, and wipe on floor, you will be amazed.. We read that in the queen of clean book. Of course just sweep or vacuum first.

Never thought about that. I'm not sure really. Sorry! It might depend on the finish you have on the cabinets. If you try this, I would try it some where that you can't see all the time and wait for it to dry and see how it looks.

Re: Cleaning wood floors
Murphy's Oil Soap is the best - For a quick clean I use the wet jet - I buy the one that's safe for hardwood floors ..........it cleans everythng else so ocassionally I just go over them quickly if we've been working in the hosue and tracking dirt around -

Re: Cleaning wood floors
I've tried the water/vinegar mix and it left spots all over the floor so I didn't really like it. We got MINWAX hardwood floor cleaner from HD and love it! The floor sparkles

This is what I do too.
I've tried everything and Murphy's Oil Soap definitely makes them look the best.
