Closing date question
Morning- I finally got my SONYMA commitment - so relieved- just wondering how soon would closing typically be? Also how much say do I have in the closing day?

just because you have ur commitment, doesnt mean you're "clear to close". there are conditions that need to be met that were listed on ur commitment letter. once that is done, all the lawyers will get together and discuss a date. your lawyer will ask you when is good for you. mine wasn't until a month after my commitment, only people we couldnt get everyone available on the same day.
