ITA.
That entire town has that mentality & it's disgusting. Why isn't the coach fired, why isn't that DA relocated or disbarred? I know it's all hearsay in the corruption aspect of this story. But, man they need to GO!
It's that stupid "small town Varsity Blues" mentality where they live, eat, breathe football. The whole town is screwed up.

I am. I am confused though and missed a couple of parts. Did they actually have sexual intercourse with the victim? From what I saw at the beginning there was no intercourse.

I'm watching too. And no, I don't think there was intercourse, but I believe they said according to Ohio law, penetration with fingers (which is what they said happened) is considered rape.
I love that the lawyer basically was saying that the girl was not impaired enough....but when malik apologized, it was like, oh, look at what a genuine guy he is...he feels so bad. But wait, I thought he didn't do anything wrong...why apologize?!

I thought that Nodaianos kid said on that video something to the effect of "you know you're dead when you don't wake up with a d!ck in your butt"

I think they did have sexual Intercourse with her but there was no evidence of it so that was never brought up. They had either video or picture evidence of them manually (with their fingers) raping her
I also thought I read there was a picture with semen on her stomach although they could have just ejaculated on her without having sex with her
Did she go to the hospital and have a rape kit done the next day I'm guessing not since it was never mentioned. But if I woke up in not in my own bed naked I would have it done just to be sure
