Re: co-op board interview

Congrats!! Our co-op board interview was alot easier than expected... it was more like a meet and greet. Some of the questions they asked were:

1. Are we planning on doing any renovations?
2. Do we have any pets?
3. Do we play any instruments?
4. Are are incomes based on market performance (I work in financial markets.)

Other than that, they just asked about our wedding, our jobs, where we live, etc. It was very casual. My broker gave me a list of common questions. If you would like it, FM me with your e-mail address and I will send it to you.

Good luck!!

We were basically asked the same things. It was very laid back and not stressful! Good luck Chat Icon

Re: co-op board interview

1. What part of VA are you from?
2. Where were you stationed (for my veteran uncle who co-signed)?
3. Do you fish & where (another for my uncle)?
4. What grad school are you attending?
5. Do you plan to stay in NYC after grad school?

It was super casual and they had all of our financial before hand so they did not even ask about them. They just wanted to make sure we were not buying the place to flip or something I guess.
