Coconut Oil for your hair?
Lately, ive been hearing a lot about it being good for your hair.
Do they mean in a hair product, or from the bottle, like cooking, & apply a little onto your hair?

Re: Coconut Oil for your hair?
I use the cooking one in my hair as a treatment once a week. I apply it. Let it sit for an hour then wash my hair!!!

If your hair is at all fine DO NOT DO IT. This is strictly for those with medium to thick or coarse hair. If you put it on fine hair you will have a greasy, flat mess on your hands

It's a great treatment. But you have to make sure you shampoo the shite out of it when you're done.
I thought I ruined my hair the first time I tried it, because of the greasy mess, but it really does wonders.

Re: Coconut Oil for your hair?
I have thick hair & was hoping it will hydrate it more. I heard it's great for long hair.
I'll go very minimal with it.
