If you know the brand name, you can always go to the website of that company and see if their nutritional information is posted.
That's what I did for Boar's Head cold cuts then I put the information into my calculator or the online tools to get the point values.

according to the complete food companion: 1 slice of deli meat turkey is 0 points...I dont know how many slices wuld make i a point though.
I couldn' find the buffalo chicken in my book- do you know want brand i is? I can try looking it up that way!

I went on boardshead.com and got the info and put it in my calendar. Not bad for 4oz it was only 3 pts!
