cold pasta salad
what kind of pasta do you use to make a cold pasta salad (one that you coat with a dressing)

I use any kind of cut pasta (not spaghetti or linguini unless I am making my asian pasta salad). Today I used gemelli because I had some open, but I also like farfalle, penne, and campanelle. I'm not a huge fan of elbows.

i love using gemelli...wasnt sure if it was too "dense" so to speak for a pasta salad...Im gonna give it a try~
