cold while pregnant??
I am soo congested and have been taking tylenol but it is def not helping at all, has anyone taken anything else to help??

I had the same thing this past week. I took nothing and somehow it went away.
Try tea and vicks vapo rub on your chest.

When I was pregnant with my DD I had a horrible cold and my OB said plain Sudafed was fine and I used Afrin nose spray. I couldn't handle the congestion anymore and nose spray was the ONLY thing that worked.

honestly the thing that helped me the most was doing a nasal rinse twice I day! it saved me from going insane and let me breathe!
