I will eventually write my birth story but my son was born on Dec. 20 at 1:43p.m. He weighed 7 lbs 8oz. After 34 hrs, 10 cm dilated and 2 hrs of pushing, I still needed a c-section. He was facing up. Then he stopped breathing for a minute. The pediatric team got him going.
He swallowed too much fluid which happens in 50% of c-sections. But he is home and perfect now. We are in love and he has us wrapped around his fingers already.
