Contract is Finally Signed
I just got a call from my REA and the Sellers signed the contract last night.  We are so excited! Now just keep your fingers cross for us that they get their CO's. 
 We can't believe this is finally happening!

We are very excited, but I don't want to get to excited, because we are worried about the CO's. Our closing is schedule for on or about June 15th and they don't have them yet.

if they dont have the CO's by the closing date, you can ask your bank to clear you for closing (as long as everything else is in place and ok'd) and just hold money in escrow until all the CO's do come in. happens all the time! good luck!!!!

We heard from the Sellers that they are supposed to be getting the CO's in 2 to 3 weeks.  and of course we can always go this route too and have them put money into escrow. Hopefully we won't have to do that. Thanks!
