contraction question
for those who have had contractions are they at the top of your belly? or lower? I have these pains at the top of my belly and I am wondering if they are contractions or just indigestion. I was told when I went for my non stress test that I was having contractions but I never really feel them, which the doctor said is fine. But now I am feeling stuff so I am not sure if that is them.

I only felt them in the bottom and then it traveled to my back.
ETA: It also starts off like mild cramps.

The pain i had on top, i asked the doctor about and he said it was just pain b/c things were being pushed up.. i was told contractions are in the middle and on the sides.
